ADAPTERS //
All power sockets are 220 V / 50 Hz. If you do not have a suitable plug, it is possible to loan a European adapter from reception. A security deposit is required.

BABY MONITORS //
Baby monitors are available from the Guest Service upon request and upon payment of a security deposit.
BABYSITTER //
Our employees would be pleased to arrange a babysitter for children under 3 (for a minimum of 2 hours; separate bill).
BATHROBE AND SLIPPERS //
You will find a hotel bathrobe and slippers in your wardrobe for you to use during your stay. Please note that the slippers are not suitable for the SPA-ROSA.
BEAUTY //
The SPA-ROSA team is available to serve you from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm daily.
BIKING //
We would be happy to hire bicycles out for € 7.00 per day.
BUSINESS CENTRE //
We would be pleased to provide a computer with a printer and internet access as
well as wireless LAN cards, depending on availability (extra cost incurred).

DOGS AND OTHER PETS //
Please feel free to bring your dog and other pets with you to the resort. We charge € 30.00 per day per pet (not including food). Please understand that we cannot allow pets access to the golf courses, SPA-ROSA or the Market Place Restaurant. However, you may bring him/her along to the Weinwirtschaft or the Greenside Restaurant. We can also arrange a dogsitter (at extra cost).

    The Fine Dining Restaurant ”Villa am See“ offers you the perfect symbiosis between sumptuous indulgence and unique location. During the day, the kitchen serves up an exiting range of light, regional dishes, whilst the evenings are dedicated to celebrate the art of fine dining.
  • Greenside Restaurant
    Situated right at the 18th hole of the Arnold Palmer course, you will be able to enjoy international cuisine plus our “All Day Menu” for golfers.
  • Bar at the Market Place
    Choose between refreshing cocktails, snacks, an exceptional wine selection or the finest coffee with a piece of cake from our patisserie.
  • Enoteca
    Wine connoisseurs can buy their favourite wine here after consultation with an expert. The Enoteca offers fondue evenings in the winter months.

The only 5-star superior golf course in a German-speaking country. Our three 18- hole courses were designed by the legendary Stan Eby, Arnold Palmer and Nick Faldo and have been carefully modelled to incorporate the natural landscape.

We constantly carry the latest collections from famous manufacturers e.g. Golfino, adidas, Footjoy, Alberto, Titleist. In the A-ROSA tennis centre you can find a small Pro-Shop offering tennis equipment, tennis rackets
and everything a beginner needs for the public golf course McEwan.

SHOE CLEANING SERVICE //
In the resort you can find an automatic shoe cleaning machine. To clean your golf shoes, please use the shoe cleaning machine in front of the Golf Club House.

The Strobel shop at the Market Place offers clothes from Hugo Boss and Napapijri, accessoires, specialities from our kitchen a.s.o. You can find an additional shop in the golf club house.
SHUTTLE SERVICE //

SMOKING //
A healthy lifestyle defined by optimum well-being is part of A-ROSA’s core philosophy. In order to help you achieve this, smoking has been restricted to smoking areas since 1 November, 2007. Smoking is only permitted in these areas.

The best place to enjoy some rest and relaxation is in idyllic surroundings. The exquisite, 4,200 m² SPA area gives you access to a whole new dimension of well-being. Enjoy pure SPA relaxation in the indoor or outdoor pool, in the relaxation pool, in the seven different types of sauna, in the steam baths or with one of our SPA treatments that offer international treatments with a regional slant.

Our gym is equipped with first-class equipment such as the Power Plate, an extensive range of courses and personal training with optional nutritional advice.
