All power sockets are 220 V / 50 Hz. If you do not have a suitable plug, it is possible to borrow a European adapter at the reception. A deposit is required.

You can use our room phones as a baby listening monitor.

Babysitters can be arranged for a fee.

You will find a hotel bathrobe and slippers on your bed to use during your stay.

The SPA reception team is available to give individual consultations
from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm daily.

We would be happy to hire bicycles out for a fee.

The business centre in the conference area is available for your use free of charge.

Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Children between the ages of 3 and 12 will be cared for by highly trained staff in the ROSINIS kids' club at no extra cost. Our youth club RAGAZZI is available for enthusiasts from up to 12 years.

Our laundry service is available for washing, ironing and dry cleaning (against a charge).

Please state whether you will need a cot when you make your reservation.

Please feel free to bring your dog with you to the resort. We charge € 45.00 per dog and day, inclusive food bowl and blanket. Please understand that we cannot allow pets access to the golf courses, SPA-ROSA or the restaurants (except for the Golf House Restaurant). We will gladly organise a dog sitting service for hotel guests.

Mineral water is available free of charge in your room when you arrive.

A 9-hole golf course is located at the resort itself. The Kitzbühel region is an Alpine golf centre with three further courses in the immediate area and another 19 in the region.

Our hosts will be happy to offer help and advice during your stay.

Our hairdressing salon is located in the SPA area.

There is a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet under the sink.

A personal touch is the name of the game at A-ROSA. Both when it comes to service and to the people who look after our guests.

Our rooms are equipped with a LAN connection. The use of this is free. A LAN cable and the necessary access code are available from reception. We also have an ISDN connection modem available on request. Complimentary wireless LAN is available in public areas (third floor and in the conference area).

Your keycard will open your room door. The card is also a method of payment throughout the entire resort and also allows you access to the SPA area.

We offer a professional chauffeur driven limousine service. Whether comfortable shopping trips to nearby cities such as Munich, Innsbruck or Salzburg or airport transfers.

The heart of our resort, the Market Place, is ideal for first encounters. From the Market Place, you can access anything and everything you fancy: from cultural events and entertainment to communication, bars, cafes, Moa lounge and restaurants. floor. We will gladly clean your shoes upon request.

You find the golf-proshop and cashmere store on the ground floor and our very own SPA-ROSA Shop on the third floor.

A healthy lifestyle defined by optimum well-being is part of A-ROSA’s core philosophy. On order to help you achieve this, smoking has been restricted to smoking areas. Smoking is only permitted in these areas.

Reserved for relaxation of the body, soul and mind. An exclusive range of treatments for your relaxation, revitalisation and well-being with beauty treatments, massages, Ayurveda, packs, thalassotherapy, relaxation baths, private SPA suite, sports and leisure activities. Children under the age of 16 may only enter the SPA area when accompanied by a parent.

There is a choice of various sports clothing, depending on the season, which is available for purchase from the Sports Shop on the Ground Floor.

Looking for a rustic mountain hut, but don‘t want to renounce the usual A-ROSA service? Then you will find, that our partner hut „Toni Alm“ is exactly the right choice. Cosy and sophisticated 5-star lodge evenings await you near the middle station of the Kitzbühel Panorama lift at 1.530 m.
